How Do I...
Make An Appointment?

The surgery is open 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday for queries, collection of prescriptions etc and 9.00 to 11.00am Saturdays.
Rountine appointments can be made by telephone or in person during surgery hours. Do not plan ahead so that you can see your usual doctor as he or she may not be available for a few days.

Urgent Problems

Please telephone before 10.00am if possible and you will either be given an appointment or requested to ring later in the day for an urgent appointment.

We will always undertake to see patients on the same day in an emergency but not necessarily with the doctor of your choice.

How Do I...
Obtain Home Visits?

We are happy to do these when the situation demands, but beg you to telephone before 10.00am (telephone 020 8958 3141).

Investigations

Arrangements can be made for most tests to be carried out. Blood is usually taken here and we then arrange for it to be taken to the hospital together with other specimens.

Enquire if you feel you need routine screening tests, eg blood lipids, German measles, Tay-Sachs test, cervical smear.

X-rays are arranged through us at the local hospital.

How Do I...
Obtain Test Results?

The results of tests are posted to the surgery, and are available between 10.00am - 2.00pm Either call in person or telephone 020 8905 3807. It is your responsibility to obtain results from the surgery
