How Do I....

Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by post or by calling at the surgery.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept prescription requests by telephone as this may lead to mistakes and can block emergency calls.

If you are on regular medication you will be given a computer slip. When you require a prescription please indicate on the slip the items required and either send it in with a stamped self addressed envelope, or bring it to the surgery.

Please allow 48 hours (two working days) for prescriptions to be processed and signed before collecting. It helps if you order your prescription three or four days in advance.

All patients on long term medication will be reviewed by the doctor at regular intervals - eg three, six or 12 months
