We work from a "pool"
of patients. This means that although we feel it is best for you to
keep the same doctor, particularly in one course of treatment, you may
occasionally wish to see another.

Out
Of Hours Arrangements
We look after our own patients
from 7.00am to 6.30pm each weekday; after this the practice deputising
service takes out of hours emergencies from 6.30pm to 7.00am Monday
to Friday; at weekends you will be visited by a doctor from a deputising
service in which we have complete trust.
When the surgery is closed,
an answering service is used to pass on messages to the doctor on call.
The number for this will be given to you by the answering machine (telephone
020 8958 9887 or 020 8958 3141).
Please remember that calls
between 6.30pm and 7.00am are for emergencies only, and if it is at
all possible avoid calling doctors at that time as you may delay them
from reaching really urgent situations.

facilities for disabled patients.
